Fable was finally revealed last week with a small teaser showing nothing but cinematics, but the confirmation that Playground Games was bringing the Fable world back was enough for me. Now, Video Games Chronicle has done an analysis to look at who's working on the upcoming title. It turns out that numerous veterans from other studios have been confirmed to be working on the title. These studios being Rocksteady, Ninja Theory, Gearbox, and Bioware.

VGC reports that Will Kennedy is the chief designer behind Fable and has previously worked on Grand Theft Auto V and GTA Online as a level designer and senior online mission and flow designer. Juan Fernández de Simón is the principal designer for Playground Games upcoming RPG and has previously worked as a senior/lead designer at Ninja Theory for Hellblade. Hunter Wright is at Playground Games as the lead quest designer after having previous experience at Gearbox Software on the Borderlands games as a level designer.

Martin Lancaster, who the lead scriptwriter for Rocksteady's Batman Arkham Knight has joined the RPG team at Playground as a narrative director. Craig Owens who was also at Rocksteady is now the principal scriptwriter for Fable. VGC previously reported that Kim MacAskill joined the studio as a senior scriptwriter last year and was previously in the same role at Rocksteady.

It's detailed that Adam Olsson has joined the studio as a lead environment artist after previously working at Ubisoft. Tom Isaksen is on the team as a lead character artist and has previously worked at Ubisoft and Creative Assembly. VGC also has a list of known key staff to be working on the game detailed on the post.

It's certainly sounding like a good team that's being brought together, and I for one am looking forward to seeing Playground Games revealing more details on the game. You can watch the teaser that was shown at last week's Xbox Games Showcase above.

Fable is looking to launch at some point in the future on Xbox Series X and PC for Windows 10.
