Fall Guys Are 6 Feet Tall In Real Life and It's...Unsettling

Fall Guys are confirmed to be 6 feet tall and it's weird.

For me and the people who I play Fall Guys with, a lot of the cute factor comes from the fact that the titular Fall Guys look like tiny little jellybeans being helplessly tossed around by spinning hammers, arms, and the occasional giant fruit. But you can imagine my dismay when I found out through the official Fall Guys Twitter that instead of being mini-marshmallow-sized-bean-children, they’re straight up just 6 feet tall.

When pressed to think about it, their stature does make sense with the game’s fiction of being a contest TV show in the same vein of Wipeout and Legends of the Hidden Temple, but something just doesn’t sit right with me knowing now that my Fall Guy, who is currently dressed up as a Slurpee from 7-Eleven, would stand a full 4 inches taller than me.

I think that a lot of people assumed that the Fall Guys were tiny based on the size of the giant soccer balls in the infamous team games and the even larger fruit that gets launched at the contestants during other games. Because those objects are so large in the game and we have real-world references to their size, it’s no wonder that so many people thought that their Fall Guy would be small in comparison.

Their new confirmed height isn’t a bad thing, it’s just…weird. I thought that, if he were real, I could scoop my Fall Guy up in my arms and he’d sit on my lap while we play games together, but instead, he’d just silently look down at me while I struggle to find a chair in my house that he’d fit in.
