Fall Guys Reveals Four New Costumes Ahead of Season Two Launch

An orc and a horse headline the outfits heading our way in Fall Guys Season Two.

We are currently on the precipice of the launch of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout Season Two. Originally revealed by none other than Geoff Keighley at this years Gamescom Opening Night Live, the second season of Mediatonic’s battle royale hit launches tomorrow, October 8.

The developers have been kind enough to reveal snippets of information about the new medieval season to fans over the last few weeks. These include a look at a brand new level, titled Knight Fever, the addition of banners and nicknames and a 600% increase in crowns within the Season’s rewards. Now, revealed through the official Fall Guys Twitter account, at a rate of one per hour, are four new costumes that will be available in the upcoming season.

The four costumes are very much in keeping with the new Season’s fantasy theme. The first of the outfits revealed is that of a stereotypical orc. The second reveal is a horse in a full jousting get-up. The third is a jester and the fourth and final is a princess. It’s unclear how players will receive these outfits, but it’s likely to be through the Season rewards.

With Season One ending as Season Two begins, Fall Guys is offering players double fame points (experience points) for the remainder of the first season. This is undoubtedly to help players reach level 40, therefore unlocking all the available costumes and getting that coveted PlayStation trophy before the progress gets reset tomorrow.

Fall Guys’ second Season is the first to be themed, something which the team has said is likely to continue in future seasons. When questioned on Twitter whether we’d ever see a “normal” season again, the game’s Twitter account replied saying they’re “Not sure – We’ll add levels in future that aren’t themed though.”

Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is available now on PS4 and PC via Steam. Season Two of the game launches on October 8.
