Most of the time, Fallout 4 leans toward the action-survival category rather than stealth or puzzler. That being said, the Ultimate Survival mod is here to craft a new experience out of this game.

After getting invited by the Brotherhood of Steel faction to a new expedition on a mysterious island, you take a flight to this unknown location, searching for a cutting-edge weapon technology that is held by a cult group.
Unfortunately, your trip to the island doesn't end well and you crash onto the shores, losing all your companions. Now, you have to start a dangerous adventure on the island and find the way out, but it requires solving various puzzles and staying away from the cult members.
The gameplay trailer below shows off the island and some of the mysterious puzzles that you need to solve. Also, it teases some of the cult members while worshiping their god, which seems to be a big statue.
You can download the Ultimate Survival Chapter 2 mod from its page on NexusMods. As the modder claims, it's a DLC size content that adds a new location, new enemies, and new puzzles to the game.
Fallout 4 is now available on PS4, Xbox One, and PC. The game is playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S through the backward compatibility feature. The Xbox Game Pass subscribers can play it for free both on PC and consoles.
