To say that Fallout 76 had a bit of a rough start at launch would be a bit of an understatement, but combined with the backlash that Bethesda faced when it was revealed that the company switched out the canvas bag included with the game's $200 Power Armor Edition for a cheaper nylon bag was an even bigger issue among fans. However, Bethesda appears to be making things up to fans with a replacement bag in the works.Bethesda's support account announced on Twitter that the company will begin offering replacement canvas bags to substitute for the nylon carrying bag that was included in the original production of the Power Armor Edition for Fallout 76. Users that purchased the Power Armor Edition can submit a support ticket over on Bethesda's official support website by January 31, 2019, with bags to be sent out to affected customers "as soon as the bags are ready," according to Bethesda.Given the heavy scrutiny that Bethesda was facing for the apparent switch in materials for the bag (and possibly larger legal situations for not informing customers of the change), the replacement program for the bags should at least be a welcome compensation for fans that might have felt burned by the switch.Fallout 76 is available now for PS4, Xbox One, and PC. If you have yet to pick up a copy of the game (despite some of its not so great reception), you can do that now over on Amazon.
