Fanatics to Produce a Range of Official Overwatch League Merchandise
Sportswear specialist Fanatics strikes a multi-year deal to produce officially licensed products for the Overwatch League.
With the 2019 Overwatch League just around the corner, it seems that things are officially in high gear. As a result of this, the reveals are coming in thick and fast. Over the last few days we’ve learned about the Washington Justice and the Vancouver Titans’ participation in the upcoming season, and now it has been announced that Fanatics will also be releasing a range of official merchandise to coincide with the league.
Fanatics is a popular sportswear company based in the United States. With over 20 years of experience under its belt, it specializes in officially licensed goods. However, this collaboration with the Overwatch League will mark its first foray into the world of eSports.
The multi-year contract will see Fanatics producing a range of official Overwatch League products including jerseys, headwear, fan gear, and hard goods both on American soil and internationally.
There is currently no concrete date as to when these items will become available. However, it has been stated that they will launch prior to the Overwatch League, which commences on February 14, 2019, and will be purchasable via a dedicated e-store along with select Fanatics sites.
Overwatch is available now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. You can pick up a copy via Amazon.
