AMD Radeon RX 6000 series GPUs will officially be unveiled today during an online showcase, which features interviews with the developers behind games such as Far Cry 6, Godfall, World of Warcraft Shadowlands, Dirt 5, and Rift Breaker, to explain their experiences with a new set of AMD graphics cards. After Nvidia revealed its brand new GPUs with Ampere technology earlier in September, many hardware geeks have been waiting for AMD's next move in the GPU market. Radeon RX 6000 series is officially the brand new set of graphics cards coming up from the AMD family and is set to be revealed fully today at 12 PM EDT.

During the announcement showcase, the AMD team will talk to some developers, including the team behind Far Cry 6, to discuss the experience they have had with new AMD GPUs and their brand new features.

It's yet to be known whether the show will include new footage from Far Cry 6, but it's possible to get some scenes or at least some new screenshots from the game that we haven't seen before.

Far Cry 6 is set to be launched on February 18 for PS5, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and PC. Yet, we haven't seen anything from the game except for a cinematic announcement trailer that was premiered at the Ubisoft Forward event. The game supports free upgrade from current-gen consoles to next-gen ones.

Far Cry 6 features Giancarlo Esposito starring as the main antagonist of the game, which raises the expectations for a much compelling story, compared to the previous entries of the franchise. It will also host third-person cut-scenes for the first time ever in the series' history.
