Developer Giants Software and publisher Focus Home Interactive unveiled Farming Simulator 19 last month for PC, PS4, and Xbox One, continuing the series' yearly release tradition. Today, the developers gave more details for the first time since the game's initial announcement, releasing the first gameplay of Farming Simulator 19 and teasing future announcement.

The new screenshots, which you can see below, gives us our first glimpse at the new engine that Farming Simulator 19 is using. The picture shows a machine working out in the fields, and sports some impressive lighting. It still doesn't show us much about the game but does demonstrate that this title will have a noticeable graphical improvement over Farming Simulator 17, which was the last game in the series to hit PC, PS4, and Xbox One.

Alongside the release of this screenshot, Giants Software and Focus Home Interactive also teased several future announcements for the game. In the short term, they will be releasing multiple other screenshots. Then, over the next couple months, the developers plan on announcing some of the new features Farming Simulator 19 bring to the table. They then plan on making a big announcement for the game at this year's E3 that the developers say will "delight fans."

Farming Simulator 19 is currently set to come to PC, PS4, and Xbox One sometime in 2018.
