Vanillaware's Dragon's Crown has just been released in Japan little more than a hour ago, and gameplay videos keep appearing to ease the wait of western fans that have to wait until August the 6th to play the game (or maybe to torture them a little further).

Now, you better sit down and grab some coffee, because this is a long one, featuring a whopping 35 minutes of gameplay for us all to enjoy.

We get to see quite a lot of dungeon crawling and a few interesting elements like the magic shop, the equipment interface, and even the resurrection of a fallen hero that will become recruitable as an NPC companion afterwards. It's to be noted that while there is more than one character on the screen, the game isn't being played online, the additional characters are all controlled by the AI.
