Looking for FFXIV server status? The game is currently down due to scheduled maintenance, and we expect it to be back with the 6.08 hotfix update.

As revealed earlier by Square Enix, there is All-Worlds scheduled maintenance for earlier today in Europe in Final Fantasy XIV as a result of delivering the 6.08 hotfix patch. The patch notes for the hotfix update are yet to be shared, but you can expect some of the annoying recent issues to be addressed with the upcoming update today.

However, before you can download and install the new update, you should log out of the game and wait for the maintenance to conclude. Below, you can check out the start and end times of the maintenance:

FFXIV Server Status and Maintenance Schedule

According to an official blog post by the developers, FFXIV servers will go under maintenance on April 5 at 2 am ET/6 am UTC/7 am CET/5 pm AEDT. The downtime is expected to last for 4 hours, but it might be extended if anything goes wrong during the implementation of the new changes. So, normally, the servers should be back online at 6 am ET/10 am UTC/11 am CET/9 pm AEDT.

FFXIV is now available on PS4, PS5, and PC. Square Enix resumed the digital sale of Final Fantasy XIV a few months back, after suspending the sale due to a lack of online resources in the back-end.

Recently, YoshiP shared more details on the future of Final Fantasy XIV and revealed more about the things we could expect from Square Enix in Patch 6.1, which is supposed to go live this month. The exact release date of the patch is yet to be revealed.
