Naturally any EA press conference dabbles in FIFA and this year's Gamescom conference is no different. The company delved into both free to play FIFA World and the upcoming FIFA 15.

FIFA World is a free downloadable game for PC, with an average of half a million games per day. there will be a new engine coming before the end of the year that adds complete dribbling. Players can also transfer all their players and other content into the new engine and rewards will be given if you've been playing so far.

Moving on to FIFA 15, EA discussed their Goal Line technology, which allows for the game to better identify scored goals. There have also been improvements to the goalkeepers themselves, which means new ways to score. Goalkeeper AI has been worked on -- they'll now dive in and do things without the player specifying. The Turkish Super League is back with all 18 teams, and there's more detail than ever from the Barclay's Premiere League.

A demo for FIFA 15 will be released next month and will be free for all platforms.
