FIFA 17 Has a Strong First Week, While Persona 5 for PS4 Comes Second in This Week’s Media Create

With this week’s Media Create sales from Japan, FIFA 17 comes in strong in its first week selling 69,973 copies across the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3.

Additionally, PlayStation 4 continues its reign above hardware at 36,251 units, but dropped significantly compared to last week’s 49,652.

Whether or not FIFA 17 will hold its crown next week is left to be seen, seeing as how well Persona 5 is still doing.

Additionally, Kadokawa Games’ Demon Gaze II made a pretty big splash for being such a niche game on the PlayStation Vita. It’s definitely a game that will excite Western Vita owners if it gets localized.
