I, like many others, have very positive memories of Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles when it originally released on Nintendo GameCube. Over 15 years later, we are getting a remastered version for modern consoles. Revealed at the Square Enix E3 2019 Press Conference, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition will be coming to Android, iOS, Nintendo Switch and PS4 this Winter.

As mentioned, news comes by way of the Square Enix E3 2019 Press Conference, in a new trailer that focused on Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles: Remastered Edition. We learned some new details on what we can expect with the game, primarily that it will include four-person multiplayer and will be available on smartphones. This is some welcome improvement from the original game's reliance on local couch multiplayer.
