Final Fantasy III PSP Trailer Makes the Old New Again...Sort Of

If you haven’t heard, Final Fantasy III is getting yet another release – it will be available soon in Japan on the PSP (and, most likely, compatible with the Vita). This is, what? The third or forth remake of this particular title? We have the DS version…the iOS/Android version…well, let’s not start counting. But, one more version for the franchise’s 25th anniversary shouldn’t hurt, right?

Either way, fans of the game will have yet another way to play soon. If all else fails and the game never releases on the PSP/Vita in North America and Europe, at least, for once, the Japanese version includes an English language option (likely via sub-titles), so you can import to your heart’s content. Here’s the trailer filled with some classy footage of the oft-remade title.
