Final Fantasy IX Will Make Its Way to the PSN

We’ve seen both FFVII and FFVIII come to the PSN, and, according to a Square-Enix tweet today, so is the ninth installment. Yoichi Wada, the CEO of Squeenix, announced today in a video that the final PS1 installment of the franchise will indeed come to the PSN…in Japan. However, it is highly likely that the game will come to Western regions, as well, following the suit of the previous two games. Date, price and download size have not been released, but it is a pretty good assumption that the game will cost $9.99, just like the previous two. Excited? I am, this is probably my favorite PS1 Final Fantasy title. Long live Vivi!
