Final Fantasy V Coming to PSN

By Kenneth Richardson

April 4, 2011

The fifth entry in one of gaming’s most well known franchises is getting a PS3 re-release. Final Fantasy V, which is perhaps the least remade of the early Final Fantasy titles, is coming to PSN and will be playable on both the PS3 and PSP.

Accordingly, the game will feature new content, including CGI sequences. There are no release details for the game, although it is allegedly coming “soon”. Re-releases like this are great for younger fans of the series and I’ve personally never played this one, so I’m pretty hyped. We’ll keep you updated with new details as they’re revealed.
