Earlier today Square Enix announced that a new trailer for Final Fantasy VII Remake would premiere during The Game Awards that would focus on the game's protagonist Cloud Strife. During the pre-show, the trailer was shown showing off new cutscenes and gameplay giving those new to the acclaimed JRPG more information about the titular hero. This new trailer only continues to show the incredibly high potential it can have once it releases in March.

Final Fantasy VII Remake has had a big year with unexpectedly announcing it's 2020 release along with numerous new trailers as the year has progressed and it has continued to impress and deliver along the way. While fans are still upset that the original game will be released in numerous parts Square is showing how much care they are putting into the project and the second part is already in development. There is still no telling, however, how many parts will make up the entire remake or how long it will take for them all to come out, but with the quality that is seemly being put in they can take all the time they need.

You can pre-order Final Fantasy VII Remake on Amazon. The game is set to release on March 3, 2020 exclusively (for one year) on PlayStation 4.
