Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn’s Smartphone App Will Be Free

During the Letter from the Producer Live broadcast that is currently being aired by Square Enix, Producer and Director Naoki Yoshida disclosed that the iOS and Android application linked to the game, named Libra Eorzea, will be made available for free to Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn‘s subscribers.

The iOS version will be released a week after launch, while the Android version will come later, three weeks to a month after the game’s launch. Yoshida-san mentioned that players can consider it as a perk part of the monthly subscription fee required for the game.

The application will have multiple functions like displaying characters, a very detailed item and quest database with all the relevant parameters and more.
