Square Enix released a brand new update for Final Fantasy XV, bringing new options, a bit of content and returning features.

April 26, 2017

Today Square Enix made a Final Fantasy XV update available for download, numbered 1.09.

The update is quite large, weighing 4.649 gigabytes, and includes quite a few interesting elements.

First of all, we get a “stable mode” exclusively for PS4 pro, focusing on retaining a stable frame rate on Sony’s new console. A new option to increase the size of the fonts for menu screens, equipment and subtitles has also been added.

Mobhunts make a comeback as well, with a new ranking system to let the community compete online. Last, but not least, the Regalia gets new stickers and new music from the music player.

As a bonus, the update also adds the “Afrosword,” inspired by DJ Afrojack.

Hailing from sunny (not as much as people think) Italy and long standing gamer since the age of Mattel Intellivision and Sinclair ZX Spectrum. Definitely a multi-platform gamer, he still holds the old dear PC nearest to his heart, while not disregarding any console on the market. RPGs (of any nationality) and MMORPGs are his daily bread, but he enjoys almost every other genre, prominently racing simulators, action and sandbox games. He is also one of the few surviving fans of the flight simulator genre on Earth.
