Final Fantasy XV Leaves Xbox Game Pass on PC and Consoles Next Month
Sea Salt, Indivisible, Fishing Sim World: Pro Tour, Final Fantasy XV, and more leave Xbox Game Pass on PC and Consoles in February.
If Final Fantasy XV is one of the important titles in your backlog that you are planning to start on Xbox Game Pass, then you would better start playing it as soon as you can. According to the official page of Xbox Game Pass, Final Fantasy XV leaves the service by the beginning of February.
The Final Fantasy series is arguably one of the longest-running franchises that always has had a huge community of fans. With each entry, the franchise touches a different era and follows the story of various characters who have their own epic saga. As the latest launched entry in the series, Final Fantasy XV was released in 2016 on PS4 and Xbox One, followed by a PC version two years later.

Final Fantasy XV received mostly favorable reviews at launch, however, some fans criticized the lack of story content, which then completed with several post-launch expansions. The Royal Edition of the game with all DLCs has been available on Xbox Game Pass for PC and consoles since February 2020, and now after almost a year, it will be leaving the service on February 1st this year.
Currently, Square Enix‘s studios are hardly working on Final Fantasy 16, which is going to be a new entry to the series that is slated to launch this year exclusively on PS5. The same thing happened with Final Fantasy VII Remake as well. It’s now almost a year since Square Enix launched the first part of Final Fantasy 7 Remake on PS4 and still, there is no news about a PC or Xbox version of the game.
That being said, Xbox Game Pass members should stay optimistic about the previous titles of the Final Fantasy series as an Xbox spokesman recently confirmed that the missing entries from the Final Fantasy series will be added to Game Pass gradually in 2021.
Aside from Final Fantasy XV, Game Pass will lose Indivisible, Sea Salt, and Fishing Sim World: Pro Tour as well on consoles. PC players will lose GRIS as well, in addition to the games mentioned earlier.
