Today Square Enix released a new trailer of Final Fantasy XV, showcasing new footage of the Episode Prompto story DLC.

The video also stars Naoshi Mizuta, who is known for having composed the soundtrack of Final Fantasy XI (among many other games) , and who created the theme song for Episode Prompto. Mizuta-sensei talks about his work on the game as the footage rolls under his words. It appears that there will be a lot of shooting in the DLC.

On top of the video, we also get two screenshots giving the first look at the game running on Xbox One X in 4K resolution. An update to the game to support Xbox One X was announced during Microsoft's E3 press conference.

You can check them all out below. And if you want to see more, you can also enjoy more information and screenshots on future content, and a teaser of the DLC from the end of Episode Gladiolus.

Final Fantasy XV is currently available for PS4 and Xbox One. Episode Prompto will release on June 27th for both platforms.

The gallery below includes the same screenshots from the Xbox One X version, but in PNG. They're big files, but they're lossless if you want to get a better idea of the visuals. If you're on limited data, though, you might consider using the gallery above, which has much leaner JPG files.
