Final Fantasy XV’s Developers Want to Know if You Want Moogles in The Game (UPDATE)

on November 5, 2015 5:51 AM

A while ago, Final Fantasy XV director Hajime Tabata mentioned that the game had no moogles at that time, but fan demand could cause a change in that situation.

Apparently, it’s time for that fan demand to be heard, as the official Japanese Twitter account of the game initiated a poll to gauge interest in the inclusion of the fluffy but mischievous creatures.

“Do you want moogles to appear in Final Fantasy XV?”

The option on top is “yes,” while the option below it is “no.” While you can now vote, it’s relevant to mention that the results of the poll won’t guarantee the inclusion of moogles in the game.

“By the way, please understand that, as always, the results may not reflect in the game. Since the vote will be closed in 24 hours, do it as soon as possible!”

Update: Now the English account also launched its own poll, find it below.

How did you cast your vote? Personally, I’m leaning towards “yes,” even if the gazillion of absolutely pointless quests offered by moogles in Final Fantasy XIV: Heavensward might have made them a few enemies.

At the moment of this writing, the ballot is overwhelmingly positive, with 87% “yes” among 2,353 votes.
