Final Frame of Penny Arcade's Zelda Comic is Live

Penny Arcade’s Zelda comic is finished. The final frame of the five-part series was uploaded earlier today and, I must say: It’s looking pretty good. The comic was commissioned directly by Nintendo and the first frame went up shortly before the release of The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword.

Don’t be fooled by the narration: It’s not Link’s inner-monologue or anything. That’s Gaepora, Zelda’s father and headmaster of the Knight Academy talking. It’s a neat tribute to the 25-year-old series and you can tell it was a labor of love for the artist even if you didn’t read his blog post on the matter.

You an check out the comic here.
