miHoYo just launched Genshin Impact 2.2, Into the Perilous Labyrinth of Fog, and after reaching the new Tsurumi Island and going through the World Quest Through the Mists, A Particularly Particular Author World Quest, you will be asked to Find your way through the mist and make an offering at the perches, here are the perch locations and how to find the feathers after you make an offering to each.
The easiest perch to access is the one at the north of Tsurumi island, so we'll start with this one. There is barely any mist from the center of the island where the festival is taking place, to the north where that perch is located, so you don't risk getting lost.
Find Your Way Through the Mist and Make an Offering at the Perches, Chirai Shrine
After another cutscene, you'll be able to start the offering at the perch to make the three feathers appear. Use your Elemental Sight to track them. The first one is pretty easy, while the second one will keep moving until you finish chasing it. The third one is underground and can be accessed through a hole. All three spawn very close to the Perch itself, and also appear in the mini-map. You can check how I pick all three in the video below.
How to reach the Autake Plains perch
The second perch is in Autake Plains and is much harder to reach. Moreover, you'll need to include an Electro character to your party, preferably Fischl so you can easily trigger Electro Elemental Reactions without waiting for your Elemental Skill / E cooldown.
In order to avoid getting lost in the fog, you will need to shoot with Fischl the Stormstones in the path leading to the Perch. If you stay away from an activated Stormstone for too long, the screen gradually turns white. If it keeps progressing, you'll get lost in the fog. You can see the path I take to reach the perch starting from the beginning of the video below till 2:50.
Once you reach the Perch, there is a small group of Rifthounds you'll have to defeat. After that, touch the Perch to start the offering, and go pick up the three feathers. Make sure to clear mobs near the feathers as you won't be able to pick the feathers until you leave combat.
The third and final perch at Shirikoro Peak is pretty hard to conquer with several puzzles, so stay tuned as we'll have a dedicated guide for it up in a few minutes.
