During its Treehouse coverage from the show floor at E3 2017 in Los Angeles, Nintendo and Koei Tecmo showcased more gameplay of the upcoming Musou-style game Fire Emblem Warriors.

The gameplay, presented among others by Koei Tecmo's own Keisuke Hayashi, shows a lot of hectic combat, a look at the menus and more.

On top of that, we also get to see in action quite a few beloved Fire Emblem characters, on top of the two new heroes Lian and Shion... Actually maybe (or maybe not) I should call them Lianna and Rowan as they will be called in the west. Apparently Nintendo's localization teams really can't resist the temptation of changing the original names (as it's also happening with Xenoblade Chronicles 2) for reasons known only to them.

Gripes aside, the demo looks really good if you like the Musou sort of game, and the demo that we saw today is currently playable on the show floor at E3.

You can enjoy the video below, and if you want to see more, you can watch more gameplay and a batch of screenshots, the most recent trailerthe first brief teaser trailer, and the first gameplay trailer.

Fire emblem Warriors will release for Switch and 3DS in the fall of 2017.
