First Glimpse on The Last of US PS4 Multiplayer: Feels “Super Tight” in 1080p, 60 FPS; Extra FPS Helps

Naughty Dog has been livestreaming The Last of Us Remastered‘s multiplayer on Twitch, giving the first glimpse on the online portion of the game.

According to the good folks at Sony’s first party developer the multiplayer feels “awesome” and “super tight” in  1080p, 60 FPS, and they “can’t wait to tide you over to PS4.” We also learn that those extra frames per second “really help” with aiming.

Below you can see a few screencaps of the new multiplayer mode. Keep in mind that they’re from a livestream, so the quality is definitely much lower than what we’ll see on our TVs, but we can get a good glimpse especially on the menus and on the new thumbnails added to the maps.
