If you own an Xbox One X and you've been hoping that For Honor would take advantage of the console's powerful hardware, then you're in luck. Today it was revealed that the third-person action game now support's Microsoft's latest console, and does it sound interesting.

First and foremost, the game will now be rendered in glorious 4K quality, so if you have a 4K TV, you'll now be able to take advantage of it.

In addition to that, a number of other additions have also been made to further enhance Xbox One X owners' experiences. This means that shadows will now be enhanced, the game's draw distance will be increased, and reflections off water will now be more detailed.

The new patch should be available to download right now. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like the patch added any other features, or fixed any bugs.

In other For Honor news, back in August the game's third season was officially announced, which added new heroes, maps and more. A couple of months ago the game's Halloween event was revealed, which also added new items and a new mode to the game.

For Honor was officially released on February 14th, 2017, and is available for PS4, Xbox One, and PC.
