What Are Alien Artifacts In Fortnite?

The Battle Pass for Fortnite Season 2 Chapter 7 lets you unlock a new Alien skin known as Kymera. It is a face-swapping alien skin that is highly customizable. In order to customize and upgrade the Kymera skin, you need to find Alien Artifacts.
Epic Games says that the Kymera skin has over 800,000 combinations of head shapes, eye and skin colors, patterns and armor colors to choose from.
Just like Battle Stars, Alien Artifacts can be exchanged to claim additional styles for Kymera that permanently expand your choices of custom alien looks.
So in order to get the best custom alien looks, you will need to locate lots of Alien Artifacts in Fortnite.
How To Find Alien Artifacts?
You can find Alien Artifacts by exploring various parts of the Island that will be impacted by the Invasion in the coming weeks. Players can also choose to squad up and find the crystal-encased Cosmic Chests to collect Alien Artifacts inside it.
Alien Artifacts Location
There are no fixed spawn locations for Alien Artifacts but they are scattered across the Fortnite map. So as you go on exploring and scavenging the map, you are bound to find it on your path.
