Epic Games’ Fortnite: Battle Royale has proved to be a worthy competitor to Player Unknown Battlegrounds and a solid alternative for players who prefer free-to-play. The development team at Epic has rolled out a brand new update that adds one new item as well as a limited time game mode.

The new item is named the Boogie Bomb. It acts as a normal grenade, but instead of causing death and destruction, your opponents will be caught in a “dazzling” explosion where they’ll be forced to dance. While players are dancing there’s a slew of things they won’t be able to do, like building, firing weapons, and using items.

Furthermore, players can also expect to find a new limited time event mode in the form of High Explosives. In this mode, weapons will be limited to Snowball Launchers, Rocket Launchers, and all types of grenades.

Earlier this month, the Fortnite: Battle Royale team incorporated another new limited time game mode in the form of 50v50. This mode has you drop on the map with 49 other teammates.

Fortnite: Battle Royale is available for free right now on Xbox One, PC, and PS4. Players who already have the game can go and experience the update for themselves right now.
