Trials quests look as if they’ll be updated throughout the season. While these don’t appear to be as consistent as weekly or syndicate quests, we will see more and more throughout the season. When new quests drop, they will be updated right here. If you’re looking to stay up to date on all of your quests, DualShockers has you covered.

Treasure Hunting

Fortnite Week Trials 1

These quests reward players with 25K XP for each stage. The quests themselves are fairly straightforward and should be an easy source of XP for players looking to get a jump on the battle pass. It looks as if there will be more quests in this category throughout the season. Be sure to check back here when new quests arrive.

Process Of Elimination

Fortnite Vault 2

The next step of the Trials Quests will see you mastering different types of weaponry. Well, mastering might be a strong word, but you’ll need to get at least five eliminations with each weapon type. This will help you build to your ultimate goal of 50 eliminations for the second portion of this challenge. This is pretty different from the Treasure Hunting portion of the trials. If you find yourself having a difficult time with these challenges in traditional modes, maybe try out Team Rumble. Death is much more forgiving in Team Rumble and you’ll have ample opportunities to stack up the eliminations.

Part 1

  • Stage 1 of 5 – Eliminate Enemy Players With Shotguns… 0/5
  • Stage 2 of 5 – Eliminate Enemy Players With Assault Rifles… 0/5
  • Stage 3 of 5 – Eliminate Enemy Players With SMGs or Pistols… 0/5
  • Stage 4 of 5 – Eliminate Enemy Players With Sniper Rifles or Cobra DMRs… 0/5
  • Stage 5 of 5 – Eliminate Enemy Players With Melee Weapons… 0/5

  • Stage 5 of 5 – Eliminate Opponents… 0/50

Trigger Happy

Fortnite 3

This batch of trials will be keeping you busy! The Trigger Happy trials are all about dishing out the damage against your opponents. So, you’ll need to get out there and be aggressive, familiarize yourself with shooting under all kinds of conditions, and watch out for people trying to do the same to you! Once you make landing from the Battle Bus, be sure to get your hands on a weapon right away and start using it. Drive into combat fast and your enemies won’t know what hit them.

It’s time to grab yourself a gun and get to work! Dealing damage from above will have you looking for a crow’s nest to perch in while taking shots at enemies. The rest of your trials will keep you on your toes while you test out a variety of weapons

Part 1

  • Stage 1 of 5 - Deal damage to opponents within 60 seconds of landing… 0/139 25K
  • Stage 2 of 5 - Deal damage to players with Pistols from 10 meters or less… 0/250 25K
  • Stage 3 of 5 - Deal damage to opponents from 3 stories or above… 0/110 25K
  • Stage 4 of 5 - Headshot opponents from 30 meters or more
  • Stage 5 of 5 - Complete Bounties in a single match

Part 2

  • Stage 1 of 5 - Deal damage to opponents from above 0/1,000 25K
  • Stage 2 of 5 - Deal damage to opponents from above 0/2,000 25K
  • Stage 3 of 5 - Deal damage to opponents from above 0/3,000 25K
  • Stage 4 of 5 - Deal damage to opponents from above 0/4,000 25K
  • Stage 5 of 5 - Deal damage to opponents from above 0/5,000 25K

If you find yourself struggling with these challenges, try completing them in Team Rumble, Zero Build, or even Squads with some teammates. Some of the trials are tough as nails, so there’s nothing wrong with recruiting a little help. If you’re determined to go it solo, maybe try hiring one of the many recruitable NPCs around the map. No matter what your playstyle, just get out there and have some fun with things! That is the most important part of the game, after all.

Bucket List

Fortnite 4

The Bucket List quests will keep you on your toes with a variety of challenges. You’ll be capping it all off by trying to make it to the top 25 of a bunch of matches. Each stage of these quests rewards the player with 25K XP toward their Battle Pass, which is quite a lot! If you don’t get to complete these quests right away, don’t worry! They’ll stick around for the rest of the season just waiting for you to complete them! But be careful, because letting all of these quests until the end of the season could leave you with a long list of things to do. Either way, at some point during the season, get out there and claim all of that wonderful XP!

Part 1

  • Stage 1 of 5 - Search containers in a single match… 0/10 25K
  • Stage 2 of 5 - Travel distance in a vehicle in a single match - 0/2,500 25K
  • Stage 3 of 5 - Deal melee damage to opponents in a single match… 0/200 25K
  • Stage 4 of 5 - Hold 3 weapons of Epic rarity or higher at one time 25K
  • Stage 5 of 5 - Assist in eliminating enemy players in a single match… 0/5 25K

Part 2

  • Stage 1 of 5 - Reach 25 players remaining in a match… 0/2 25K
  • Stage 2 of 5 - Reach 25 players remaining in a match… 0/4 25K
  • Stage 3 of 5 - Reach 25 players remaining in a match… 0/6 25K
  • Stage 4 of 5 - Reach 25 players remaining in a match… 0/8 25K
  • Stage 5 of 5 - Reach 25 players remaining in a match… 0/10 25K

You might find this portion of quests to be especially challenging. If you’re having a difficult time, consider enlisting the help of some friends. If your friends are busy, there’s nothing to fear! Trying grouping up with random players to take the top 25 spot! If you’re still having a hard time reaching the top 25, just remember that you don’t always have to fight your way there. You can always sneak around and survive in the shadows to achieve your goals! Don’t let anything stand between you and that sweet, sweet XP!

Postcard Tour

Fortnite trials 1

The theme to this week’s trials is all about travel. You’ll be all over the map completing these challenges, and you’re probably going to have a lot of fun. Finding different landmarks and emoting at them is a playful way to spend your time in Fortnite, and you’ll be well-rewarded. For your efforts, you’ll receive 25K XP with each trial! Completing all of the challenges will really help you move up the tiers of your Battle Pass! The second batch of quests will just have you wracking up distance between named locations. If you really want to burn through those challenges, grab a vehicle and go on a road trip! Like many road trips, this might be better with a friend. Your buddy can hang out of the window and take out enemy players along the way.

Part 1

  • Stage 1 of 5 - In the city, there is a masked warrior made of light… 0/1
    • Emote inside the Shogun hologram… 0/1 - 25K
  • Stage 2 of 5 - These boats bring cargo… 0/1
    • Emote on the barge… 0/1 - 25K
  • Stage 3 of 5 - Swim where the waters heal… 0/1
    • Emote at a hot spring… 0/1 - 25K
  • Stage 4 of 5 - There’s a tree where the three seasons collide… 0/1
    • Emote near The Herald Tree… 0/1 - 25K
  • Stage 5 of 5 - In the ice cave, look for the tower… 0/1
    • Emote near the Clock Tower… 0/1 - 25K

Part 2

  • Stage 1 of 5 - Travel distance between Named locations 0/2,500 - 25K
  • Stage 2 of 5 - Travel distance between Named locations 0/5,000 - 25K
  • Stage 3 of 5 - Travel distance between Named locations 0/7,500 - 25K
  • Stage 4 of 5 - Travel distance between Named locations 0/10,000 - 25K
  • Stage 5 of 5 - Travel distance between Named locations 0/12,500 - 25K

These quests are pretty manageable and shouldn't pose too much of a challenge. However, if you do find yourself struggling, consider changing your strategy. Dropping into a new game mode like Team Rumble could help you get the miles you need between named locations. Dropping into squads could be useful for going to locations with a little more firepower than in a solo match. Either way, don’t give up on earning that sweet XP, because you’ll be kicking yourself if you miss out.
