The new Grapple Gloves work in a similar fashion to the Mythic Web-Shooters from the previous Fortnite x Spider-Man collaboration. Players will be able to swing all across the island when these special gloves are equipped, but they'll take up space in your inventory and don't deal any damage to enemy players.

If you're eager to get your hands on the new Grapples Gloves, there are a few things you need to know. Unlike other items and weapons in Fortnite, the Grapple Gloves don't spawn as ground loot or in chests. So, here's exactly where and how you can get your hands on the new Gloves.

Fortnite Grapple Gloves Locations

As mentioned previously, the Grapple Gloves don't spawn in chests or as ground loot. Instead, there are now dedicated Grapple Stops around the island, where players will be able to find toolboxes with the Grapple Gloves and ammo inside of them.

All of the Grapple Stops can be found on the map below, with points of interest such as Greasy Grove, Rave Cave, Shifty Shafts, and more all being close to the new Grapple Stops.

The Grapple Gloves will also have a total of 30 shots to use, and won't recharge like the Spider-Man Web Shooters previously did. It's also worth noting that the competitive arenas mode will only have 10 shots, instead of the usual 30 shots available in core battle royale modes.

If you used the Web Shooters when they were available, the new Grapple Gloves work exactly the same. Players need to equip them in their inventory and can swing from building to building - a great way to rotate to the next circle.
