If you've been wanting more Fortnite content, then it's your lucky day. Today developers Epic Games and People Can Fly announced a brand new update for their game Fortnite.

The update, titled Horde Bash, adds a slew of new content. First and foremost, players will have a new mode to play, titled Challenge the Horde. In it, you and three other people will have to build a fort to the best of your abilities before waves upon waves of enemies arrive.

In addition to the new mode, a new event Llama is arriving, and with him comes brand new weapons, Defenders, and even four new Heroes: Raider Soldier, who is centered around close quarters combat; Ammo Harvest Outlander, who provide you with ammo when you most need it; Trap Specialist Constructor, who will grant you a damage boost; and Energy Thief Ninja, who is focused on melee combat.

Finally, if that wasn't enough, players will also have twenty-five new quests to complete. Horde Bash is set to officially release on all platforms on October 5, 2017.

In other Fortnite news, last week another new mode titled Battle Royale was also released, which tasks one player with surviving for as long as they can on an island with 100 other players.

Fortnite is currently in early access, and has been since July 25, 2017, with a full release slated for sometime next year. The title is currently available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
