Ever since the latest Fortnite update went live on April 13, players have discovered that a certain quest given to them by Jonesy The First isn't working. Here's what we know about the broken quest, and when you'll be able to complete it.

In case you missed it, a brand new update went live for Fortnite, known as v16.20. Not only are there new off-road tires, but there are also brand new weapons and even new skins. Check out the patch notes at the link below.

Quest From Jonesy The First

Jonesy The First is an NPC character that can be found in the north western corner of Pleasant Park.

There is a certain quest that can be received from Jonesy The First, and that is to speak to Tarana, Lara Croft, Raven, Cluck, or Cobb. But it appears that when players complete this challenge, the rewards are not being granted.

If this is happening to you, you don't need to worry because you're not alone. The Quest has been confirmed by Epic to not be working.

When Will The Quest Be Fixed?

Epic Games have already acknowledged the broken Jonesy The First Quest in Fortnite and have issued a small statement stating they are looking into the issue. You can find their statement in the tweet below.

Unfortunately, they didn't give a time frame for how long it would take to fix the Quest.

Sometimes these issues are a quick fix, and other times it may take longer than expected. Players are still waiting for the 'Set Structures on Fire' challenge to be fixed days after the issue arose.

As soon as this issue is fixed, this article will be updated.
