In a post that surprisingly did not begin with "Are you ready for some Fortnite?" developer Epic Games confirmed that NFL uniforms are coming to the battle royale game. Fans of professional American football will be able to purchase outfits from the Fortnite item shop with V-bucks. It's the most ambitious crossover event since Thanos himself was in the game.

The cool thing about these NFL uniforms is that each NFL outfit can be swapped to any of the 32 official teams in the league. As a Philadelphia native myself, I can't wait to pretend that I'm still a fan of the Eagles. Along with the 32 teams is a unique Fortnite-themed "team" that players can represent. Additionally, players can use any jersey number from 0 to 99.

A video that Epic provides to promote the inclusion is embedded below, but fair warning to anyone tired of the various dances that Fortnite has to offer: the video may be only 30 seconds long, but they fit in as much dancing as possible. I also severely doubt that fans in Europe, Japan, and other territories will be particular to this.

Fortnite recently wrapped up a Halloween event, which ended on quite a bizarre and unique note. The NFL outfits will roll out on November 9, 7:00 PM EST.
