Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 5 has been incredible so far. Players are getting crossover after crossover and Epic Games just keeps adding more surprising characters and skins to the game. From Kratos and Master Chief to Mandalorian and Tron, Fortnite has been a limited-time host for most of the other mediums' success stories, and now, it seems the time has come for hosting characters from one of the most popular animated sitcoms in the world: Family Guy. Some leaks suggest that a Fortnite Peter Griffin skin might be a reality soon.

As discovered by GMatrixGames, a data miner, there is an odd texture within the files of Fortnite called "FrenchFry." While the codename might not give off any significant Family Guy vibes, there are a set o screenshots from Peter Griffin, Family Guy's main character, within the discovered file that increases the chance of getting a Fortnite Peter Griffin skin in the near future.

The interesting part is some of the shots show Peter Griffin dancing, which could be Epic Games' source for applying Fortnite's emotes to the character. It's yet to be seen how the 2D animated form of Peter Griffin will be translated into a 3D game like Fortnite, but I bet we are all excited for that.

Currently, a crossover between Street Fighter 5 and Fortnite is live in the game, which has brought Chun-Li and Ryu skins to the game from the Capcom's fighting franchise. We are in the final days of Season 5 Week 12, which means you only have a few days to collect this week's XP Coins and completing the Legendary challenges.

Fortnite is now available for free on PS4, Xbox One, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, Android, and PC. You can play the game on PlayStation/Xbox consoles with no need for PS Plus/XBL subscription.
