The v17.20 Fortnite update is here with new content and Epic Games has announced the Rainbow Royale event which will last the whole week.
The Fortnite Rainbow Royale event marks the first celebration of the game's LGBTQIA+ community. Although Epic Games is a bit late in joining the Pride month celebration, players are still looking forward to this week-long event that will bring free rewards to the game.
Fortnite players can get their hands on a whole bunch of free cosmetics from the Item Shop, grab the Rainbow flag prop in Creative, enjoy the Love ISLV playlist featuring LGBTQIA+ artists on vehicle radios.

Rainbow Royale Event Items
This time the battle royale island in Fortnite will get a rainbow in its sky. Along with that, Fortnite Creative will feature pride items to decorate maps.
This week the Item Shop has a new selection of free items to celebrate Pride month. They are:
- Four Rainbow Royale Sprays: Vibrant Heart, Vibrant Llama, Vibrant Boogie, and Vibrant Star
- Sunshine & Rainbows Wrap (a gun skin)
- Take a’bow Emote (Rainbow Emote

In addition to this, LGBT+ artists will be featured in-game on Fortnite's radio stations, which you can tune into while driving vehicles.

Rainbow Event Date And Time
