Fortnite has received an all-new update today, on July 12, and fans are quite curious to know what changes it has made to the game.

It's been an eventful few days for Fortnite fans, as we witnessed the arrival of the v21.20 Update just a while back, followed by a series of smaller patches. A number of changes were made in that update, the most notable of all being the arrival of the highly anticipated Indiana Jones skin. There was a new Summer event was added as well along with some subtle map changes. While these changes were not surprising, the biggest change was in the form of the return of Port-a-Fort, an item that was vaulted a while back.

The Port-a-Fort is one such item that changes the meta to quite an extent, considering the fact that it can turn the tide of the match at any moment. Amidst all that, a new update has been released today, which doesn't really change a lot in the game.

As announced on the official Twitter handle of

">Fortnite, this update is more of a bug fix patch, which aims to fix some of the stability issues on PC, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch, and Android devices. It is not clear as to what these bugs exactly are, so it is likely a regular maintenance update.

If you haven't received the update yet, you need to restart the game as it is mentioned in the tweet. Unlike some other updates, this is not a server-side update so you will need to download the update in order to ensure that you have the latest version of the game. Unlike the previous weeks, Epic Games has not released the update for PlayStation consoles this time around.
