Early this morning, patch v5.21 for Fortnite was officially released to the world, and it contained some pretty awesome stuff, to say the least. What's not awesome though, is that Epic Games, the developer behind the massively popular shooter, is reporting an increase in crashes after the update's release, so be wary.Luckily, the developer has identified the issue, so it shouldn't be too much longer until they put out a hotfix or another patch, however, as of the time of this writing, we have no idea when that will happen. It's also unknown how many people this is affecting, as I was able to play for a few hours right after the patch was released without coming across any problems, but of course, don't take that as a definitive analysis. For those that don't know, v5.21 adds a brand new sniper rifle capable of destroying materials with one bullet, as well as two new modes: Sniper Shootout and Soaring 50's.Fortnite is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Windows PC, and Nintendo Switch, as well as iOS and Android devices.
