The Wake Rider skin has officially arrived in Fortnite, but that's not all that's new on May 4. Fortnite's latest skin is actually part of the Creative Mayhem Event which has just gone live.

Fortnite Wake Rider Skin

The Wake Rider skin is a rare outfit that was released on May 4, 2021. If you want to obtain the new outfit, you will need to head to the Fortnite Item Shop and purchase the outfit for a total of 1,200 V-Bucks.

The official description of the new outfit reads, "Conquer the coast". Check out images of the new skin below!

Creative Mayhem Event

For those that don't just play Fortnite for the popular Battle Royale mode, there's now an on-going competition to find the best of the best when it comes to Creative Death Runs in Fortnite.

Players can play on the new Creative Mayhem map and submit their best times for the possibility of being invited to take part in a special event alongside the biggest Fortnite content creators.

Fortnite's Creative Mayhem Event takes place from May 4th at 9AM ET to May 11th at 9AM ET. There's various rewards up for grabs, signing up and playing is simple!

How To Sign Up & Play

For those that wish to partake in the new Creative Mayhem Event, you'll need to sign up on the official Creative Mayhem website.

Once you're on the website simply connect your Epic Games account with one of the options listed. You will then be taken to a form to fill out with the information regarding your fastest time on the new Creative Mayhem map. Submit the form and you've officially entered!

Rewards

There are two rewards up for grabs as part of the Creative Mayhem Event.

The first is the 'Golden Flopper' Fortnite Spray. This spray can be obtained by simply signing up to the Creative Mayhem map as listed above. However, you do not need to submit your fastest time to receive this reward, simply signing up will grant the player with the spray.

The second reward is the 'Piranhas Pickaxe', this can be obtained by playing a minimum of 30 minutes or more on the new Creative Mayhem Map.

Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6

Season 6 of Fortnite Chapter 2 is now well underway, with the latest season kicking off on March 16.

Players were treated to a plethora of new content, not only are there new points of interest on the Battle Royale map, but there are also brand new skins, a new crafting system, and even animals.
