Forza Horizon 2 Presents Fast & Furious is a completely standalone experience so even if you don't own Forza Horizon 2 you can still enjoy this promotional freebie without paying a single penny.

However, there is a slight catch as you've only got until April 10th to download the free expansion, after that date you'll have to stump up a fee of $9.99. Fair enough really, plenty of time between now and then.
