Frozenbyte Apologizes to European Gamers for Trine 2 Delay By Debuting it at 30 Percent Off On PSN

Trine 2, the game that’s all about employing three plucky heroes to slash, swing and climb through lush environments and creatively dispatch of monsters has been making its rounds in the U.S. for nearly three months now. Because European PS3 gamers had to wait so long for it to be released in that territory, Frozenbyte is offering Trine 2 for 30-percent off day one. PlayStation Plus subscribers, of course, get the game free.

Not too shabby for one of the most fun action platformers of last year. Trust me: There’s nothing quite like lifting an enemy above a pit of spikes as your pal sticks him with arrows before you let it fall to its death. Sadistic? Yes. Were you waiting for me to follow that up with a justification? There is none.
