Fury of Dracula is one of the best hidden movement board games on the market. The game is consistently rated highly in the community and stands out with its great asymmetrical gameplay. Now, the team at Nomad Games is bringing the fun to a virtual audience with Fury of Dracula: Digital Edition on PC. Check it out.

Fury of Dracula has one player taking on the role of the famed vampire, while 1-3 others claim the mantle of vampire hunters. As the hunters chase Dracula across the map, they'll have to deal with the Count's dastardly tricks. The mix of one vs many gameplay with variable player powers and hidden movement make for an experience anyone can enjoy.

Putting it out on PC makes a ton of sense. Obviously, the board game is great, but FoD is definitely a game that should translate well to the virtual world. Playing against an AI Dracula could be a ton of fun. Of course, you'll never be able to completely replace the in-person feel of the game. That said, giving FoD a single-player experience almost makes this release worth it on its own.

Plus, Nomad has a solid track record. Between Mystic Vale and Talisman, they've proven they can adapt a board game well. Mystic Vale's release also gives some hope for Fury of Dracula on Nintendo Switch. Fingers crossed.

Fury of Dracula: Digital Edition doesn't have a release date just yet. That said, I would expect a date relatively soon. Visually, the game already looks solid, and, after they get some testing down, it'll be ready for primetime.
