Fuser Gets a New Update, DLC, and Free Demo on Consoles and PC

Alongside a new update and songs, Harmonix has released a free demo to let you try out Fuser for yourself on PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC.

With its release this past fall, Harmonix brought a new spin to its line of music-based games with Fuser, where players take the role of an up-and-coming DJ and mix tracks for the crowd to enjoy. Since then, Harmonix has outlined a few new tracks and updates you can expect to find in the near future for the game, and new players can get the chance to try out Fuser for themselves with a free demo.

Harmonix has detailed a few new updates for Fuser, with the studio detailing the game’s 1.3 update that will introduce several new features to the game. With the update set to arrive in the “coming weeks,” update 1.3 will introduce new features such as Live Set Events for competitive DJing, optimizations for sharing video clips on social media and streaming, and the “Hot Clips” feature where players can preview a disc/track before dropping it into their mix.

Alongside the newest update and upcoming DLC, Harmonix also detailed that a free demo for the game is now available across consoles and PC. The demo allows players to try out the rhythmic DJing game for themselves with one stage and eight songs to mix. You can check out the full list of available songs in the demo below:

  • Bad Bunny “Yo Perreo Sola”
  • Billie Eilish “bad guy”
  • Cardi B “Bodak Yellow”
  • deadmau5 ft. Rob Swire “Ghosts ‘n’ Stuff”
  • Dua Lipa “Don’t Start Now”
  • Rage Against The Machine “Killing In The Name”
  • Smash Mouth “All Star”
  • Warren G and Nate Dogg “Regulate”

As someone that tried out a bit of the game at PAX East last yearFuser is the type of game that’s best experienced for yourself. Naturally, that makes the demo a prime opportunity to test out the game, make some mixes, and getting a feel for its gameplay to decide if it’s something you want to pick up. As seen with Harmonix’s latest update, the studio seems to have plenty more in store for the game with new songs, features, and much more on the horizon.

Fuser is available now on PS4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
