Gamedec is an upcoming cyberpunk RPG from the team at Anshar Studios. The game is heavily influenced by player choice, but what makes it most interesting are the worlds you'll be visiting. In Gamedec, you play as a detective trying to solve the mysteries of the future. However, each mystery takes place within a different virtual world. That means you won't solely be living in a grimy future metropolis. Instead, you'll visit several different worlds, each with their own peculiarities.  Anshar Studios pulled back the curtain on one such world recently. Give their latest trailer a watch, and learn more about the world of Harvest Time.

As you can see, Harvest Time is far from the setting you'd expect from a typical cyberpunk game. This idyllic farmland is home to good ole boys and girls just trying to make an honest living. Of course, there's also something sinister lurking in the shadows of each virtual world that make up Gamedec. And as the resident private eye, it's your job to discover what's really going on.

In the video, the developers talk about Harvest Time being inspired by free-to-play farming games like Facebook's FarmVille. Players in both games mindlessly grind their time away without really knowing why. It's a simple game that feels relaxing. However, there's always someone looking to make a buck off of another person's hard work. Will you be able to topple hierarchy and bring peace back to Harvest Time? We'll know soon enough.

Gamedec comes to PC later this year.
