GameStop’s Anime Day Discounts Games, Memorabilia, and More Later This Month

With a rich and huge catalog of games coming from Japanese developers, GameStop will provide a special one-day sale to honor all things coming from the world of anime in a new promotion coming later this month.

GameStop’s new “Anime Day” promotion will be arriving on February 20th, 2016 and include various promotions and discounts on anime-themed games, merchandise, and more, with the sale to include discounts on four anime-themed games:

  • Sword Art Online: Lost Song – $40 (was $60)
  • Dragonball Xenoverse XV – $20 (was $30)
  • Tales of Zestiria – $30 (was $40)
  • One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 – $30 (was $40)

In addition to the games discounts, other promotions running during the day will include discounts on other anime-themed merchandise, including the release of two GameStop-exclusive POP Funko vinyl toys (Kurama and Hollow Ichigo) and a buy 2, get 1 50% off deal on all POP Funko vinyl toys available.

GameStop’s Anime Day promotion will run at participating GameStop retail stores on February 20th, 2016.
