Gawr Gura and Ninomae Ina'nis, two of the most popular VTubers affiliated with Hololive EN, are holding a special watch party live stream on April 2, with the first episode of SSSS Dynazenon. Here's everything you should know.

What's the new SSSS Dynazenon anime?

Created by Studio Trigger, the same anime studio behind Kill La Kill, Little Witch Academia, Inferno Cop, or Turning Girls, SSSS Dynazenon is a brand new original anime series focusing on mecha and Tokusatsu. This means giant robots fighting Kaiju, with a varied cast, and references to Japanese popculture.

SSSS Dynazenon is also a spiritual successor to SSSS Gridman from 2018. However, Trigger specifically mentioned Dynazenon actually isn't a sequel plot-wise to Gridman.

We don't know much about Dynazenon as Trigger purposefully didn't reveal much. It's also important to note the Gridman anime was a reboot of an actual Toku series, Denkou Choujin Gridman. Meanwhile Dynazenon seems completely original.

The Gawr Gura + Ninomae Ina'nis + SSSS Dynazenon livestream is happening April 2 at 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT /April 3 at 2 AM GMT. We'll be able to watch the stream on Gawr Gura's YouTube.

Meanwhile, while not as popular, the octopus girl Ninomae Ina'nis made some waves on the VTuber scene as well, with over 600,000 subscribers in two months.
