Those who attended the anime blockbuster Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection 'F' in Japan received a code which netted you with multiple game codes including Goku's costume from the movie as well as his Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Wig. Additionally, the Japanese website for Dragon Ball Xenoverse was also giving away codes for Vegeta's costume (no Vegeta wig sadly) as well, but sadly it was only exclusive to the Japanese version.

Fortunately, starting today, fans that bought the Season Pass will be able to enjoy both costume sets. If you live in Europe and you're a member in Bandai Namco's VIP Corner, you can also claim a code for the costume set here.  Sadly, Xenoverse's third downloadable pack Resurrection of F Movie Pack, which brings Goku and Vegeta in their Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan forms as well as Golden Frieza isn't available yet, but at least being able to use both Goku's and Vegeta's costumes should be enough until the downloadable pack comes out.
