Genshin Impact 2.1 Scaramouche Cutscene - Who is Ei, Balladeer, Will it be Playable?

In the Omnipresence over Mortals quest in Genshin Impact, players meet one of their favorite characters, Scaramouche. During the interaction, Scaramouche reveals that he is not the "mastermind" behind the Delusions or the happenings in Inazuma. However, he goes on to say that their plan in generating conflicts is helping them a lot and making a powerful market for the weak. This angers the Traveler but they faint before they can do anything.

When they wake up, they are in front of Yae at the Grand Narakumi Shrine, and she gives some interesting exciting insights into the lore. Yae saves the traveler by giving Baal's Gnosis to Scaramouche who is also known as the Balladeer. The True Raiden Shogun is known as Ei, and she meditates endlessly in the Plane of Euthymia. When it comes to Scaramouche, he was a part of Ei but he couldn't be discarded so he was sealed. Later on, he woke up and was found by the Fatui.

As of now, we are not yet aware of whether Scaramouche will be playable in the game or not, but there is a big chance that we might get him as a playable character in the future, as per some insiders.
