Genshin Impact - 800 Free Primogems For The Game Awards Nominations

miHoYo will distribute 800 free primogems to all Genshin Impact players to thank them for the support with The Game Awards nominations.

December 10, 2020

While sadly no awards ended up in the (greedy) hands of Paimon, miHoYo will still give out 800 Primogems to all players of Genshin Impact (PC, PS4, PS5, Mobile, Switch soon). This is to celebrate how the action RPG was nominated as Best Mobile Game and Best RPG. The 800 primogems will be delivered via mail from December 12 to December 15.

The good news was shared through Twitter when The Game Awards 2020 ended:

miHoYo has been giving out a lot of free primogems lately, and these 800 is the latest occurrence. Hopefully things will keep going this way. Whether you plan to keep and increasing your character roster. Or wish to get Constellations for your party. Seeing our low the drop rate are, all of us who aren’t whaling out there are going to need these.

Genshin Impact is also holding a new event where players need to deliver food. While following strict conditions and time limits. Such as no climbing or no gliding. There are three orders per day, and completing all three challenges will net you 60 Primos.

Genshin Impact is also having a live stream for Version 1.2 coming December 11. The stream will introduce new characters and content. Everything you need to know about the stream is here. DualShockers will cover the stream live so stay tuned like Space Channel 5 protagonist Ulala would say. December 23 is the scheduled launch date for Version 1.2.

Last but not least, miHoYo strongly hinted five star character Zhongli will get a buff in Version 1.3. Coming in February 2021. Wait and see.
