If you have been playing Genshin Impact for a while now, you must be well aware of the fact that the developers release a new update for the game every six weeks, and that has been going on for over a year. Recently, the 2.5 Update was released in the game but fans are facing some issues while playing it.

Genshin Impact Crashing On Mobile & Fix Explained

After the recent update, Genshin Impact mobile players are quite unhappy because they are not able to play the game. After the update, the game is outright crashing for a lot of players out there and they are not able to play the game. This is quite bothering, considering the fact that many would-be want to try out the new update and pull for the new characters.

So why is the issue actually happening? Well, as per reports players on different devices as well as different versions of Android. So it seems like it is not a localized issue as such. One player reports that they are facing the issue on the latest version of Android as well, which is quite surprising considering the fact that games are usually well optimized for the latest version of the operating system.

The only thing that has seemed to work for some players is reinstalling the game. However, that is not totally foolproof as well as others have reported that they have not been able to fix the issue despite reinstalling the game. That being said, you should still give it a shot since this seems to be the only workaround for now. It is quite likely that miHoYo will take note of the issue and deploy a fix very soon,
